The loss of a New York legend, Nashom Wooden yesterday to the Corona Virus was felt throughout the city as so many feel the loss of one of our best. Nashom had become a good friend to me over the last several years as I would visit him at the legendary Cock bar on a weekly basis.
Nashom was also apart of the successful dance/house trio, The Ones. They produced the quintessential club hit, "Flawless" which would debut on Top of the Pops in Britain where they performed the hit on the countdown show. Later the track would be sampled by George Michael for his song, "Flawless". The Ones had several dance singles throughout their tenure in the early 2000's.
