INGREDIENTS
1 1/12 C Premium Vodka
1/2 C Cointreau
1/4 C to 1/2 C Fresh Lemon Juice
1 heaping teaspoon or more of grated fresh Ginger
2-4 Cups Pomegranate Juice
DIRECTIONS: In a large pitcher place Vodka, Cointreau and lemon juice. Add fresh ginger to your liking and stir all ingredients together well. Add your Pomegranate juice and mix together.
Put about a 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ginger into a shaker.
Pour your mixture into your shaker for about 1 cocktail
Add ice
Shake vigorously and smile! 😊
Strain into a Martini glass and enjoy!!
