Watermelon Spritz Video Recipe with Watermelon Ice Cubes
WATERMELON SPRITZ WITH WATERMELON ICE CUBES
Watermelon Ice Cubes
Place 2 Cups of Watermelon Chunks in Blender
Add 1 Tablespoon of Honey
Add the juice of 1/2 Lime
Blend together and pour in an ice cube tray to let freeze
Pitcher Recipe
Place 8oz of either Vodka, Silver Tequila, Gin or Pisco or favorite clear spirit
Add 4oz. of Fresh Lime Juice
Add 4oz. of Swerve Simple Syrup - 1:2 Ratio (1/2 C Swerve Granulated or Confectioner’s to 1 C of Hot Water…not boiling and shake then refrigerate. You can add fresh mint leaves, ginger or other herbs to create a flavored simple syrup)
You can add fresh mint leaves to pitcher
Top with your favorite Sparkling Water - I used Hal’s Watermelon Seltzer
Stir and pour over watermelon ice cubes and Serve!
