Trilogy of Books by Bruce K Beck Spans Three Decades of Gay Bliss, Sorrow and Love
Author Bruce K. Beck joined the conversation on Talk About Gay Sex podcast for Episode 89 to talk about his current trilogy of books “Your Sure to Fall in Love”, “Love and the Epidemic” and “And Love Endures”. The first set in the Summer of ‘76 is a page turner set in the fun filled Summer escape known as Ptown. “Love and the Epidemic” takes place during the AIDS epidemic and “And Love Endures” picks up in the 90’s. All three involve a bevy of characters that often intersect throughout the trilogy sure to keep reader’s interest as they navigate through three decades of our fun and turbulent gay history.
Talking to Beck was a delight as the author is a celebrated cookbook author (“Produce: A Fruit and Vegetable Lover’ Guide” and “The Official Fulton Fish Market Cookbook”) which is also prevalent in his first book, “Your Sure to Fall in Love” as his main character is a burgeoning foodie exploring the indigenous cuisine of Provincetown. Beck even penned an accompanying cookbook offering readers all of the recipes that were referenced in “Your Sure to Fall in Love”.
